Three dimensions of CRM for B2B

Creating a CRM-project, first of all, we should clearly define our goals. We should do it for the purpose of further competent assessment of the result. This year the organizers of the Business Forum «DM Days in Ukraine» - “OS-Direct” Company - have introduced the so-called panel discussions into the program of events.

The 7th International Business Forum «Direct Marketing Days in Ukraine» was held on May 24-25 in Kiev. This Forum gathered more than 450 DM specialists from Ukraine, Russia and the countries of Eastern and Western Europe.

DM-Days events. Who are you, an ideal call-center operator?
On May 25 within the framework of the Business Forum «DM Days in Ukraine» there was one more panel discussion «Personnel as a key value of a call center – practice of management, control and motivation». Moderators of the discussion were the heads of several in-house and outsourcing call-centers.

The first day of the 7th International Business Forum “Direct Marketing Days in Ukraine”, as it had been expected, was very saturated. The guests walked from one conference-hall to another, trying to seize all information blocks interesting to them. Coffee-breaks periods were not wasted in vain either. It was necessary to manage to communicate with all colleagues-specialists and partners. And there were 400 of them at the Forum.

In 2008 the Open International Contest of Direct Marketing projects “Direct Hit” will have a new category – «Projects on the Basis of a Contact Center». This category will replace the category «Telemarketing».

The team of «ER-Telecom» Holding has won a victory in several categories of “Call-Center Awards 2008”. Thus «ER-Telecom» has become the best in the category «The best training of employees in the call-center», in the category «The best program of increasing productivity of the Call-center». In the category «Manager of the Year» the 8th place was occupied by Elena Mandrikova (the Head of the Call-center ÇÀÎ «ER-Telecom», Perm).
 12.03.08    The Ukrainian postage stamp is celebrating its 16th birthday
On March 1, 2008 there were 16 years from the date when the postage stamps of independent Ukraine were put into circulation for the first time. Over this period in Ukraine there were issued more than 800 thematic postage stamps.
 12.03.08    Is total income of “Ukrposhta” increasing?
The total income of the Ukrainian state enterprise of mail services (UGPPS) “Ukrposhta” in 2008, approved by the government (Directive #335 of the Cabinet of Ministers dated 27.02.2008 On Approval of the Financial Plan of the UGPPS for 2008”), was planned at the rate of 3497,3 mln. of UAH or 16% more than in 2007. According to the financial plan, the expenses of “Ukrposhta” are forecast at the level of 3455,8 mln. of UAH, which is 15,9% more than in 2007.

Over the year of 2007 the Russian market of marketing services grew by 28% and made up $2,355 bln. In 2008 this figure is keep on growing, and in 2009 the growth «will be revolutionary».

At the end of the last year it was announced about possible increase in tariffs for telephone conversations and services of “Ukrposhta”. Even the date was announced – the beginning of February. Now the prices are still the same, but they can be changed in March.

According to the data of “Datamonitor”, the volume of the world market of the centers for processing calls makes up 280 bln. of USD. Its most actively growing segment is the market of outsourcing call-centers – it has the market share of 14%.

Costs for placing adverts in 2007 reached almost $9 bln, $2,4 bln. more were spent by advertisers for different marketing services (promotional campaigns, address dispatch, etc.), as it was announced by the Association of Communication Agencies of Russia (AKAR) yesterday.
